For the client’s bathrooms, we did the following:

Upstairs Bathroom

-All new drywall

-Brought in new cabinetry for vanity

-Quartz countertop and backsplash

-Undermount sink

-Matched all hardware together

-Full height mirror above vanity

-New LED light fixture up top that is on a dimmer

-Put in a wider shower base and did small format tile on floor

-Subway tile coming up the walls in the shower

-Frameless glass shower door, door swings either direction

-Two different shower heads: Shower head (we raised height of) or shower wand

-Tiled floor

-Toilet shows no hardware or having any additional horizontal surfaces

-Added dimmers and exhaust fan

-Stand alone, floating shelf above toilet – made out of trim that we salvaged from the house! A little something special.

Downstairs Bathroom

-Updated the light switches and light fixtures

-Puck lights in the shower, LED bar light for vanity

-New high performance exhaust to keep things fresh

-Exhaust fan is on a timer now

-Brand new vanity cabinet with more storage

-Quartz countertops and quartz backsplash

-Deep undermount sink

-Full-height mirror

-Subway tile in the shower

-Small format tile in cubbies

-New tub

-Moved and replaced shower head hardware with new chrome finish

-On toilet, no hardware along side, very easy to clean

-All hardware
