The Iliad Tiny House on Wheels is a new model for our lineup, designed to provide all the basic tiny house amenities at a great price. This 16’ THOW comes complete with a kitchenette, bathroom and large sleeping loft. The main living area is big enough for two people to enjoy. Options like in-floor heat, or a mini-split heat and air conditioning unit, can be added. Even at the amazing base price of $49,500, this model comes with RV insignia from the Washington State Dept of L&I. Adventure awaits.
