This year has looked different for many of us in many ways. At the end of the day, there is so much to remain thankful for, however. At CHNW, we are thankful for the support we have from our customers, our family, and our friends. Our company is like a family, and we are thankful for the hard work and dedication of our staff and the ability to come to work every day to do what we are most passionate about.
Whether you have purchased a home from us, chosen us to help with a remodel, or have shared a social media post with a friend, we thank you.
Carriage Houses NW takes seriously our obligation to avoid the spread of Covid19 among our employees and our customers. Following the governor’s statement on November 15, we will not be seeing customers in person through December 14th. We remain available to answer questions by phone @ 206-910-1813. Our website is a good resource for information as well: www.chnwbuilds.com. We’ll provide more information about in-person visits as we get closer to December 14, 2020.
Thank you so much for your understanding – stay safe and stay healthy!
The Orting Veterans Village project is part of Quixote Communities They are currently looking for appliance donations for the village as well as extra monetary gifts to cover additional construction costs. Please follow the link before if you’re interested in providing additional support.
If you’ve been following along with us this month on social media, you may have seen an episode or two (or maybe all four!) of our new Tiny Interview series. In our Tiny Interview series, we interview customers and ask them specific questions about their experiences working with us, what the process looked like for them, and what it’s like to live in their new space.
This month, we interviewed Alberta and Anne, who recently purchased a DADU from us. In this Tiny Interview series, they shared their recent experience about buying and building a DADU, their favorite features of the DADU, why they chose a DADU, and why they chose to work with CHNW.
The interview series can be found on our YouTube channel. Thank you to Anne and Alberta, again, for sharing your experiences with us!

We partnered with The Branding Iron and they made our dreams come true with an updated/re-designed website. We’d love for you to check it out when you have a moment and greatly appreciate your feedback!
