The Pilchuck is a Park Model sized Tiny House on Wheels. It exceeds the maximum 8’6” width imposed on travel trailers, while staying under 400 sq ft. Our Pilchuck model is built just under 10’ wide and you have to get inside one to appreciate how much more living space that extra foot provides! This park model home can be outfitted with all of the great features we offer – full appliance package, large bathroom with room for a washer/dryer, mini-split heat/ac, on-demand hot water and more. Our park models are inspected and certified by the Washington State Dept of Labor & Industries Factory Assembled Structures division. They leave our factory with an insignia which makes them eligible to be placed anywhere a travel trailer or park model RV is allowed.
