The warm weather is fading here in the Pacific Northwest, but it’s always a balmy 70 degrees in our shop where we just wrapped up two beautiful tiny houses on wheels! These are both custom Yucatan models, and those exteriors are Shou Sugi Ban cedar siding. A charring process gives it that beautiful textured look and helps to harden the wood for years of durability in the elements. We are currently working on several more tiny houses on wheels in the shop so we welcome you to make an appointment and check out what we’re doing!

On Saturday September 16th, we held our first seminar providing information about Washington State House Bill 1337 which paves the way for more homeowners to build Accessory Dwelling Units in their home, attached to their home or in the backyard. We were thrilled to have 17 attendees who came and engaged in a great discussion about ADUs opportunities, requirements and the process for building them. See below for a link to register for upcoming seminars.
