Q: How big of a truck do you need to move it?

A. 3/4 ton works

Q: How much does this model weigh?

A: We haven’t weight it yet (as of 3/4/22) but we are guessing around 14k.

Q: I’m interested in possibly buying a Mini-O. Where do I start?

A: CHNW is the manufacturer for Mini-O. Please reach out to the wonderful people at minioffice.co to learn more and place an order.

Q: Where does the heat come from?

A: It comes from the unit next to the ceiling fan (pictured). This unit is for heat, air conditioning, and dehumidification.

Q: What kind of toilet is this?

A: This is a flush toilet. Composting toilets are also an option.

Q: How do you get water to and from the tiny house?

A: Garden hose connection for water in, 3″ RV hook-up to sewer/septic for water out

Q: Where do you store your clothes?

A: There is quite a bit of storage behind the bed in the loft.

Q: What size bed is in the loft?

A: Queen size

Q: How do you get power to the house?

A: 50 amp RV Plug

Q: Is this house made from a shipping container?

A. No, we built it from the bottom up, using wood.

Q: Is there storage underneath the stairs?

A: Yes. All of the space beneath the stairs, aside from the washer/dryer combo and refrigerator, is storage.

Q: Is this a washer/dryer combo?

A: Why, yes it is!

Q: What are the panels on the walls made of?

A: Plywood that we painted white.
