We’re Bringing Tiny Houses to Home Shows and the Homeless in 2017

There are a lot of great things going on with Carriage Houses Northwest that we would like to share with you! Our tiny houses will be featured in two PNW home shows. We are building tiny house shelters for the homeless. And, we are expanding our product to include a new model and options for longer units.

We are so excited to be a featured exhibitor at both the Seattle and Tacoma Home shows. The Tacoma Home & Garden Show runs January 26 – 29 and we will be featuring two of our eclectic backyard Cottages / Tiny Houses.

We are doubly excited to announce that as a featured exhibitor of The Seattle Home Show, Feb 18 – 26, we will displaying 2 Cottages AND raffling off a Tiny House to one lucky winner!!

We invite you to come visit us at both shows!

On December 1st, Seattle Mayor Ed Murray announced 3 of the locations for new homeless encampments. We are humbled and excited to have been chosen by the Seattle Low Income Housing Institute to provide several Tiny House shelters for the Licton Springs project in Greenwood, slated for March 2017.

Carriage Houses Northwest will soon be rolling out a non-profit initiative called 20/20/20 Dignity Houses where we will rally volunteers to raise the money to build several cottages AND provide the volunteer workforce to complete the cottages on location at Licton Springs. Details to come in January!

We are currently completing work on 2 new cottages which will complement our lineup really nicely! We have also received many requests for Tiny Houses that are either longer or shorter than our 22’ long models. Customers may now choose Tiny House models that range from 16’ to 28’ feet, providing great flexibility to customize a cottage that best fits the available space and size requirements.

Information and pictures of the new models will be posted to our website soon!

I want a small home but a bir bigger than the tiny houses. Something like a double wide 1 or 2 bedroom modular. Would love to look into getting something like that since i will be retiring soon & still dont have a home of my own. My daughter has the land fir me to put a granny house on.
